Make a Joyful Noise

Christians in Guatemala don't particularly look for talent (or even a lack of tone-deafness) when picking a music leader for their congregations.  It seems that the most important characteristic is passion.  Quite frankly, it's not a horrible choice...although I wish they'd at least pick someone who isn't monotone.
